ABOUT ME

I am a GNeuS (Marie SkÅ‚odowska-Curie) Research Fellow at Forschungs-Neutronenquelle Heinz Maier-Leibnitz, Germany working on the Rheo-SANS of Soft Matter.

In the past, I had an Industrial R&D experience focused on skin-care cosmetics at Almora Botanica, followed by a postdoctoral research experience at the IMP laboratory, INSA Lyon, France, under collaboration with Industries specialising in Bitumen applications. I pursued my Integrated Masters & Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Therein, I worked with Prof. Abhijit P. Deshpande in the Polymer Engineering and Colloid Sciences laboratory. I graduated with a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from SASTRA University, India.

I am a motivated individual who seeks immense inspiration for my research from the holistic combination of Nature and Science. I strongly believe that for every technological innovation leading to frugal solutions, there is an utmost necessity of thorough fundamental studies.

Anything that includes soft/building/bio material science, physical chemistry, Transport phenomena, and Mathematics always excites me! I am constantly on the look out for new projects/positions within my research interests.
